Growing up, I was uniquely blessed to be raised by two incredible men: my biological father and my adoptive father. Together, they brought a wealth of practical knowledge to our household, with skills ranging from advanced technology to all forms of home repair. By watching both of my fathers dedicate their time and talents to serving our family, I honed a diverse skill set of my own, mastering both indoor and outdoor home solutions.
As I started my own family, my wife, Meg, and I realized just how important it was to build a life that allowed us to be as present for our children. As Christians, we wanted our daily work to be a direct and intentional reflection of our faith and our deepest values. We knew we needed a professional path that offered the flexibility to truly put family first while continuing to serve others.
